Testosterone Loss is a Major Problem

By Carolyn Hansen

testosterone1The modern world we all operate in has given us some new and tough challenges to overcome.

Cancer, heart disease, diabetes and dozens of other physical afflictions are threatening us in ways never before seen in the history of humankind. And, if you are male you have your own set of unique challenges beyond these.

Truth is, millions of men worldwide are suffering from the effects of their modern environments and as a result, are having to deal with “male health” problems that include:

Muscle, bone and joint pain and conditions

Fatigue and depression

Physical weakness

Being over fat and under muscled

Swollen prostate

Dwindling mental capacity

Low sex drive

Today’s modern world is changing you unfavorably…it is sapping your strength, taking your energy and making you sick sad and in the worst case scenarios, trying to turn you into a woman.

However, you don’t have to take a back seat to these threats…once you understand the cause, you understand that change is possible. You don’t have to be a victim…you can take active steps to restore the natural order…as “real” men…the way nature intended you to be.

It’s no secret that low levels of the male hormone testosterone will kick off a series of physical and emotional side effects that can bring your enjoyment of life to a standstill.

There are two primary causes of testosterone loss. The big one and the one we have the most control over is our level of physical activity. Leading a sedentary lifestyle is one of the surest ways to say good-bye to this essential male hormone.

The other cause is harder to control because it involves exposure to the many toxins in our environment that have a chemical structure that closely resembles estrogen, the female hormone.

These “estrogen imposters” travel through your body and attach themselves to your estrogen receptors in your organs, cells and tissues. They then send out instructions that start to break down and feminize your body.

As the years pass, the damage the imposters inflict on the male body is apparent. Your belly and face becomes bloated, your “get up and go” is gone, your sex drive begins to fade away and eventually other problems develop pushing you towards lethargy and disease.

Fortunately it is never too late to make positive changes and reverse all these trends.

The first step is to own your situation…”how does your body compare with what you looked like a few years ago or when you were in your twenties? How about the way you feel? Do you have the energy required for an active life or are you overweight and sedentary?

If you are like most men, firm is now soft, tight is now loose and there are more flabby bits than you would ever care to see on your body. Your strength, endurance and power may have but disappeared. You might even be experiencing complaints from your knees, shoulders and lower back.

If you are a younger male, there’s no time like now to educate yourself so that you are armed with the ammunition you need to protect your status as a full “red-blooded” male.

If you find yourself deep in the conditions I’ve described above I can help…

It’s never too late…”Strong Men Stay Young” is my program dedicated to males that covers everything from balancing and correcting your hormones to diet and exercise.

What are you waiting for? There’s no time like now to start. Your manhood is at risk
